Zimbabwe Vice President, General Constantino Chiwenga, has rejected the Chaminuka award and a delegation from Legacy TV had to present the award to Foreign affairs Minister, Amon Murwira. The award, which came out of the blue, follows the award of the King Munhumutapa award to Mnangagwa by the same TV station.
