Journalist Blessed Mhlanga remains in detention and his bail hearing will be held on Thursday.
The State is against Mhlanga getting bail on basis that he might interfere with witnesses and also that the equipment used have not been recovered and the accused might commit similar offence.
His lawyer Chris Mhike challenged this stating that Mhlanga had not committed any crime that he could repeat however he was doing his job as a journalist.
