Gambakwe Media sources have exclusively revealed that two sons of Zimbabwe President, Mnangagwa, were arrested in the avenues in Zimbabwe after a drug related deal gone wrong.
Military police were reportedly called after the two sons discharged firearms at a public entertainment venue after a fight over drugs. The sons were only released after intervention by Mnangagwa’s office.
According to a dossier seen by Gambakwe Media, Mnangagwa ‘sons are involved in the drug trade at Montague mall in Harare, which is now a no go area for police.
The drugs are imported into the country through Wicknell Chivayo, who then pushes them onto the streets using his younger brother, Joachim Chivayo, popularly known as G6. Protection is provide by Sean and Collins Mnangagwa, who make sure that police are prevented from interfering with their runners at Montagu.

Notes
The opponent we are up against is formidable in that he has invested in people by empowering them through corrupt deals. He has surrounded himself with a shadow elite advisory team made up of Kudakwashe Tagwirei, Professor Mthuli Ncube, George Guvamatanga, Obey Chimuka and Dr. John Panonetsa Mangudya. This elite committee has more power than the Cabinet, and they meet weekly, either on Wednesday or Tuesday after Cabinet to discuss how to use cabinet resolutions for their benefit. This committee decides on government appointments so at to ensure there is seamless State capture. To safeguard their perpetual looting of government resources, the committee first hatched the mantra Vision 2030, under the guise of an economic blueprint, yet they wanted people to start thinking about suspending elections in 2028 to allow Zim 1 to remain in power beyond 2030. In their deliberations, they expect to have eliminated “masoja ese anonetsa” by that time. In fact, they always say, “anenge atinetsa tinomuisa pachikomo.”
To kick start their 2030 project, they decided to use Wicknell Chivayo, as a symbol of young successful businesspeople who are aligned to Zim1. They started giving him huge contracts to raise money for the cars that he was donating. Through their network of security personnel, Wicknell Chivayo has been allowed to import the dangerous drug, crystal meth from India, and then he pushes it through his street runners led by his brother Joachim Chivayo, also known in the streets at G6. Joachim Chivayo was once arrested in South Africa after he was caught with gold bars at OR Tambo Airport. Once the drugs are now on the streets here in Harare, they are sold at Montagu shopping center through runners controlled by Sean and Collins Mnangagwa. In fact, Montagu shopping center is a no-go area for police officers as it has been cordoned off as “territory yevakomana.” Their idea is to create a loyal base of young supporters who will support Zim 1 as a champion for empowerment and then motivate these to vote for a constitutional amendment at the referendum, hence the push to go for a referendum. So Wicknell Chivayo has been mandated to give cars to people whom they consider to be opinion leaders in the various social groupings.
Financial Base
Zim 1’s main finance kingpin is Kudakwashe Tagwirei, who has amassed billions of dollars through corruption. After Command Agriculture he went on to corruptly grab gold mines from ZMDC, (Sabi and Jena), the Great Dyke Platinum Project, where his company Landela Investments had 35% shareholding, and Obey Chimuka, through Fossil had 5%. He gave one of his companies a management contract for Kuvimba Mining House, under which he was getting paid through gold. Instead of investing the US$300 million he had promised to government, his investment was under US$100 million which was achieved through supplies of goods and services to Kuvimba Mining Houses. He would get duty free certificates for the importation of top of the range vehicles, which he would in turn sell to the companies at inflated prices. Through his company Trek, (now Apex), he would supply the fuel, and through Obey Chimuka’s logistics company, SX Contracting, (which is run by Obey Chimuka’s brother-in-law, Lovejoy Manduku), they awarded themselves the logistics contract of moving gold ore from Shamva gold mine to Freda Rebbeca in Bindura where it is being processed. Obey Chimuka, through his company, Fossil Contracting was awarded the contract to mine. So, there was no real financial investment by Kudakwashe Tagwirei into Kuvimba Mining House.
After running down the mines into care and maintenance, the committee then decided to motivate for the formation of Mutapa Investment Fund, which would be a channel to steal money from government. The first transaction that Mutapa Investment Fund concluded was to buy Kudakwashe Tagwirei and Obey Chimuka’s shares in Kuvimba Mining House for an obscene amount of US$1.6 billion. How does their value increase to US$1.6 billion when government has not realised revenue in that amount from the companies during the time they were running them? Through this ill-gotten wealth, Kudakwashe Tagwirei and Obey Chimuka have vowed to make sure that they perpetuate Zim 1’s hold on power. They bought Lafarge Cement, now Khaya Cement, with a deferred loan, mismanaged it, and are now selling it to Mutapa Investment Fund at an inflated price. Through their network of corrupt people in the judiciary, they handpicked Bulisa Mbano of Grant Thornton, as the Judicial Manager. Riding on his friendship with Simba Chinyemba, the Chief Investment Officer of Mutapa Investment Fund, Bulisa Mbano is now trying to sell the now insolvent Khaya Cement to Mutapa Invest meet fund at inflated prices.
Kudakwashe Tagwirei has also been making a lot of money through the ZUPCO bus services, where he has been billing government for services not rendered. To widen his grip on Zim 1, Kudakwashe Tagwirei has deployed his acolytes, Nqobile Magwizi (the new ZIFA President, who is starting a private airline Zodwa Mkandla of Traverze), Munashe Shava (who is nephew to Zim 1), Innocent Sibanda (Kudakwashe Tagwirei’s brother in law, who was awarded a US$120 million dollar irrigation contract by the Ministry of Agriculture when Dr John Bhasera was still the Permanent Secretary), Everton Mlalazi, Simba Chinyemba, Farai Gumbeze, Ralph Nkomo (who is based in South Africa), Deric Dube (who is the Managing Director of Zim Alloys), and lawyer Norman Chimuka. Their role is to identify deals which Kudakwashe Tagwirei and Obey Chimuka will push at the elite advisory committee and then use the money to fund the 2030 Agenda. Kudakwashe Tagwirei and Obey Chimuka, have the largest portion of Treasury Bills, which they release into the market, as and when they need cash to fund the 2030 Agenda activities.
Simba Chinyemba (Chief Investment Officer for Mutapa Investment Fund) and Deric Dube (Managing Director for Zim Alloys) connived to open a bank account in Dubai and demanded that a potential buyer who wanted to buy Jena Mine deposit the purchase price (US$60 million) into that account. When the investor refused, the cancelled the deal. This is the extent to which the Kudakwashe Tagwirei cabal has captured the entire economy.
Power play
Where Kudakwashe Tagwirei feels he does not have enough influence on Zim 1, he uses the sons, Emerson Junior, Collins, and Sean Mnangagwa, to put pressure on the father through the mother. The mother has become so powerful that she can decide who remains in a government position and who does not. Kudakwashe Tagwirei and the mother are the ones who planned and executed the removal from office of Ambassador Isaac Moyo (former CIO Director General). On the day that the Ambassador Isaac Moyo was fired, Kudakwashe Tagwirei had vowed to his acolytes that “kana Issac Moyo akapedza zuva ranhasi achiri DG, mundibvunze, ndamudonhedza.” If he has such an influence on Zim 1 to the point of causing such a major shift in the security sector, then who is he in the running of this country?
During the 2023 elections, Deputy Director General, Brigadier General (Rtd) Asher Tapfumaneyi embezzled several millions of dollars that were meant to buy cars for FAZ. He went into a deal with Farai Matsika of Faramatsi Motors, and unfortunately Faramatsi recorded him taking the bribe money. So, when the cars were not delivered, Tapfumaneyi tried to use his office to push Farai Matsika to deliver, but Matsika then produced the video to silence him. When the matter was brought to the attention of Zim 1, a decision was made to remove Tapfumaneyi from office. Tapfumaneyi then rushed to Kudakwashe Tagwirei, for mediation, and Kudakwashe Tagwirei drove to the Vene Headquarters (Precabe Farm in Kwekwe), to negotiate for Tapfumaneyi’s pardon. This is the type of power that Kudakwashe Tagwirei holds in the security sector. He is tipped to be the next Vice President after the removal of General Chiwenga from office, and they have deliberately misled people into believing that Oppah Muchinguri-Kashiri is the chosen one, a lie which she has also believed.
Mbudzi Roundabout
On the Mbudzi roundabout, Kudakwashe Tagwirei through Obey Chimuka, misrepresented to government that they had the finance through their bank CB, to undertake the project. Under this finance arrangement, they would provide the US$80 million required and then Government was supposed to pay 30% once they had started. They then just took some cars and branded them Tefoma, made up of three companies (Tensor owned by Obey Chimuka through his proxy Engineer Musowe/Fossil directly owned by Obey Chimuka, and Masimba in which Obey Chimuka owns 42%). After this window dressing, they were paid US$30 million by government as per the signed agreement, and this is the money they have used to do the project. They misrepresented that they had the finances just to get the project uncontested, hence the struggle to complete the project.
Rituals
The other kingpin is Tino Machakaire, who also heads their spiritual arm. Tino Machakaire is the one who organises their rituals through his Sekuru, popularly known as Shumba. Shumba is the one who runs Panzvimbo restaurant at Newlands shopping center which was opened for him by Kudakwashe Tagwirei as a gift in exchange for spiritual powers. Tino Machakaire visits some n’angas in Manicaland to perform rituals dzekusimbiswa every week.
Corruption Cabal
George Guvamatanga, the Permanent Secretary in the Finance Ministry, is the one who has been facilitating payments for Wicknell Chivayo, Obey Chimuka, Kudakwashe Tagwire, and many of their acolytes. Mthuli Ncube, through his nephew Duke Ncube, have been the biggest traders on the foreign currency illegal market, as well as buying and exporting gold.
In addition, Zim 1 uses many people as his pawns, depending onward what he wants. This intricate web consists of Wicknell Chivayo, (who had Moses Mpofu, and Mike Chimombe in his corner). The other one is Mathew Sibanda who runs Boltgas, and heads another team of cabinet ministers, and is in some business deals with the Dr. Anxious Masuka’s son, Dr. Anxious Masuka is the Minister of Agriculture, and after every cabinet meeting, he goes to Matthew Sibanda’s office for a debriefing session. Prophet Ubert Angel (Madzanire) is another player in this web, as well as the US$12 million Statehouse Durawall contractor, Paul Tungwarara. Their target is to raise money for the 2030 Agenda, gather intel and pay eliminators so that “vanoendesa masoja pachikomo nekukasika.” On the police side they have Steven Mutamba to protect them, and on the CIO they now have Dr. Fulton Mangwanya, who was handpicked by the wife to take over from Ambassador Isaac Moyo, aided by Lovemore Matuke, who was heading Zim 1’s parallel security arm when he was still Secretary for Security in the Politburo.
Political Web
On the political side Zim 1 uses Owen Ncube as the main instigator, July Moyo, as the strategist, Ezra Chadzamira, Chief Fortune Charumbira, Kazembe Kazembe, Daniel Garwe, Ziyambi Ziyambi, Marble Chinomona, Oppah Muchinguri, Munyaradzi Machacha, Energy Mutodi, Christopher Mutsvangwa, Monica Mutsvangwa, Mike Madiro, and Webster Shamu (who was the spokesperson at the meeting with legislators at Vene Headquarters -Precabe Farm).
New Developments
Zim 1 through Owen Ncube and riding on the FAZ structures have set up Stern Zvorwadaza, who leads the Vendors to form a political party, which shall be launched in Gweru. Stern Zvorwadaza is set to travel (or might have travelled) to the UK to receive money from the cabal (so that it appears as if he is foreign funded). He has already started engaging the Affiliates for ED, (Vendors for ED, Women for ED, Home seekers for ED, Pastors for ED, Vapostori for ED) to become members. The plan is to form and register this party ahead of the 2028 elections, and if Zim 1 is removed from power before 2028, he will be nominated as the presidential candidate for this new party, after which they will announce a coalition with Nelson Chamisa. The deal between Zim1 and Nelson Chamisa was brokered by Chief Fortune Charumbira and Kudakwashe Tagwirei. Kudakwashe Tagwirei has since bought two houses in Highlands for Nelson Chamisa. This is why Nelson Chamisa has been conspicuous by his silence on issues of corruption. Mukomana akapinda kare mu Cabal.
