Zimbabwe war veteran, Geza is set to appear in court today in a case in which he was defrauded by former Arda boss, Basil Nyabadza.
The transaction occurred in 2020, when Geza bought 42 hectares of land in Mashonaland west for $1, 362 000.
Nyabadza sold the same land to Velda Estates. When Geza engaged Nyabadza for an amicable settlement, Nyabadza cancelled the agreemet of sale.

Corrupt Zimbabwe businessman, Wicknell Chivayo, is reportedly being used by Mnangagwa family to move their assets out of Zimbabwe as they prepare to flee the country.
This comes as all groups of ZANU-PF war veterans have rejected Mnangagwa to extend his term to 2030 and asked him to step down immediately.
