Neitizens have applauded President Paul Kagame’s move to demand theology degree from religious leaders.
Neitizens stated that such initiative should be carried out all over to protect people from conman like Bushiri.
Kagame has closed 6000 churches and mosques in his country as he stated that religious leaders should not play with people’s faith and make money out of it.
