Zimbabwe war veterans have rejected cash that is being handed out to war veterans by Mnangagwa’s presidential advisor Paul Tungwarara.
Mnangagwa has dispatched teams across the country to hand out cash, loans and mining licences.

3. Nasdaq listed Namib minerals plans to inject $13 million into its How Mine operations in Zimbabwe in 2025. Namib is a joint venture between Metallon Corporation and Hennessy Capital Investment Corp VI and opeates three mines, Redwing, How Mine and Mazowe, which are controlled through Bulawayo Mining Limited (BML). Namib injected $9 Million in 2024.
