A weakened Zimbabwe President, ED Mnangagwa faces imminent removal after he attempted to remove Chiwenga this week.

1. Chiwenga inducted into the Roman Catholic Guild together with his sons Kudzai Chiwenga, Tawanda Chiwenga, Kudakwashe Chwienga and Takudzwa Chiwenga. Chiwenga was baptised after he was born on 2 July 1956.
2. Zimbabwean war veterans have issues another statement on Mnangagwa. Slammed Sean Mnangagwa, Tatenda Mavetera, Daniel Garwe to be dismissed.
3. USAID payments have stopped and USAID only paid R8 million on Monday last week compared to R545million the previous week. USAID will also be stripped of its independent role and will be put under the state department.

1. More than 800 SADC soldiers are being held hostage by M23 rebels. Most of the soldiers are from South Africa and there has been no attempt to negotiate the release of the soldiers.
According to sources, there are two groups of South African soldiers, those who are with Rwandan soldiers inside the airport and those at the base adjacent to the Airport who are being held by the rebels.
There is no access to the airport and South Africa’s helicopters are all currently grounded and can not fly to the DRC. None of the other SAD countries have offered assistance except for Madagascar, which has offered medicval assistance.
The killing of SADC and UN troops was only stopped after the troops raised their white flags.
2. The bodies of 14 killed South African soldiers can not be brought back home.
3. South Africa will be leaving equipment in the DRC.
