In a recent tweet, oppositional leader, Nelson Chamisa,  emphasized the importance of unity among citizens for a prosperous government.

Chamisa urged Zimbabweans to “go back to basics,” highlighting that no government can thrive or be effective if the majority of its citizens are not in agreement with its actions and policies.

He stated, “There is no government that can ever prosper, succeed or be functionally effective when the majority of the citizens are not in agreement with it.”

This comes amid the 2030 term extension debacle.
