Thousand of SADC soldiers have surrendered to M23 rebels at the airport and are giving up their weapons.
Most commanders have fled and only lower ranking soldiers are fighting the rebels in Goma.
Goma has now been divided between the M23 rebels and lower ranking soldiers.
