In a striking interview on the show Power to Truth with Dr. JJ Tabane, Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema clarified his stance regarding his former close associate, Dr. Mbuyiseni Ndlozi.
Malema emphasized that he has no personal relationship with Ndlozi and indicated that their ties had severed some time ago.
During the discussion, Malema pointed out that Ndlozi is “merely an ordinary member” of the EFF, distancing himself from any responsibility towards Ndlozi’s actions or decisions. “I am not his father,” Malema remarked, reinforcing the notion that their professional relationship had come to an end.
Further delving into the circumstances surrounding Ndlozi’s departure, Malema disclosed that the Secretary-General of the EFF received Ndlozi’s resignation while he was on holiday.
Malema’s comments have sparked significant discussion online.
The EFF has been known for its strong ideological foundations and the camaraderie among its leaders, making this public declaration noteworthy.
This as just last year August, his deputy Floyd Shivambu resigned from the EFF.
