The wife of the late legendary musician Leonard Dembo has warned artist to avert from remixing Dembo’s songs without permission.
She stated in an interview with Viral Media that the true essence of Dembo’s songs end up being lost through these remixes.
She said any artist who is interested in remixing should first obtain permission as these songs are a legacy left for Dembo’s sons.
This comes after Silent Killer remixed Dembo’s song ” Musha Rudzii” which is said to have altered the song to an extent it lost it’s initial meaning.
