Zimbabweans in the Diaspora will be able to earn passive income within 12 months from their properties in Victoria Falls. In the long term, Victoria Falls will outpace Harare as the city for middle income earners.
Currently, there are limited activities in Matabeleland North, with the region characterised by poverty and unemployment. This is about to change with the planned Diaspora Free land project.

The project manager will act as the contact point between members and the project. The project will be a home owners association with elected officials who can only serve for two one year terms.
What is the role of funders
Funding will be obtained from levies and from revenue from the mall. A share of the mall will be given to the investor. Proposals for development of the main mall will be obtained.
Building and title
Title to homes and the business will be defined through a legal agreement with each member.
