WATCH LIVE as Gambakwe looks at the total takeover of the Zimbabwe government by the sons of ccurrent President, ED Mnangagwa. The emergence of Mnangagwa ‘sons Collins, Emmerson Jnr, Sean and Kuda has changed the dimension of politics, with these and other sons and daughters taking a front seat in Mnangagwa’s plans for a Mafidi Dynasty.
Mnangagwa’s plans, depend on the fall of powerful General Chiwenga, who is seen as a second centre of power and a stumbling block to Mnangagwa’s plants.
Working with an array of allies, Mnangagwa has now taken over all 10 provinces of the ZANU-PF party and is set to get the approval for a constitutional ammendment that will see him effectively go for a third term.
The complex plan will rely heavily on the removal and total defeat of all perceived enemies within the security sector, who are seen as Chiwenga supporters.
While Collins and Emmerson take a lead on the political front, Kuda and Sean will take charge of the Finance and military side, while 10 other sons and daughters have taken over at the CIO.
Mnangagwa’s plans also rely on the sidelining of grassroots structures, with key decisions being made by a few elite and carefully selected delegates to the ZANU-PF annua peoples conference
