Ren-form CC wrote a letter denying any allegations by the media of them working together with Wicknel Chivhayo to acquire the Electoral Commission of Namibia’s contract in a vile or corrupt manner.
Ren-form CC stated that these allegations were destroying its reputation as well as the company’s good name. It also denied being in connection with Chivhayo in whatever manner.
“Ren-form CC categorically denies the alleged relation or connection with a certain Wicknel Chivhayo (Chivhayo). Ren-form CC specifically denies that Chivhayo is, it’s agent, associates, employee or director”
Ren-form CC also pointed out that the allegations that were made by the Popular Democratic Movement and published by the Namibian newspaper were equally false.
“Ren-form CC, aligns itself with the views expressed by the Electoral Commission of Namibia to refute, in the strongest possible terms, the false, malicious and unsubstantial allegations of corrupt conduct in the award of the contract to it”
It also stated that it will take legal actions against any organization and personnel who have spread such baseless allegations.
Ren-form CC was accused of acquiring an Electoral Commission of Namibia’s contract in a corrupt manner.
