Security guard in ICU after attack on Chiwenga secret ally Masimirembwa
A security guard is currently in the ICU in Harare after a gang of 8 men in three vehicles attacked the office of ZANU-PF Harare chairmen Goodwills Masimirembwa ‘s Institute of Legal Studies.
They attacked the security guards, made him lie down and poured petrol on him and then petrol bombed the college. They were “Bouncers” travelling in a Toyota Fortuner and two Honda fits.
This comes after Masimirembwa was reportedly accussed of secretly supporting Chiwenga.

Senior delegates will then travel to Bulawayo on Thursday for the conference deliberations with Mnangagwa expected to officially open the conference on Friday. Thematic discussions on the state of the economy and that of the party will then follow until the closing ceremony on 27 October.
FRENCH EPLORES RAIL IN ZIMBABWE
A French delegation is in Zimbabwe to explore rail opportunities. Alstom first visited Zimbabwe in 2015 to explore opportunities in rail.
Alstom has been involved in railway projects in several African countries. Here are some notable examples:
Morocco: Alstom has supplied trains and signaling systems for the high-speed rail line between Tangier and Casablanca.
Egypt: Alstom has been involved in projects to modernize and upgrade the Egyptian railway network, including the supply of new trains and the construction of new lines.
South Africa: Alstom has supplied trains and signaling systems for the Gautrain, a rapid transit system in Johannesburg and Pretoria.
