5. More details have emerged on Zimbabwe fake doctor Prosper Mpofu. His real name is Taurai Prosper Vanhuvaone. Vanhuvaone is a fitness instructor who only works out his upper body and took a nurse aid course a few years ago. He was thrown out of baberton and Dynamic gym. He sold muscle medicine to some of the gym members. he is a member of the salvation army church. Vanhuvaone has a twin brother who is based in Harare who is a real doctor. Prosper is also said to have worked at the UBH. he also managed to get himself an office. he would take patients from the queue and charge them money which he pocketed. he would switch between Mpilo and UBH saying he was on secondment from the other hospital. There are a large number of such doctors operating as there is no way of identifying genuine doctors.

Local waiters have expressed their unhappiness to the Department of labour after they conducted 2163 raids at restaurants in all provinces except Northern cape. 750 in Gauteng of which 72% were found to be non compliant. 809 facilitates were raided in Western Cape and 42% were found to be non complaint.
