WATCH LIVE as Gambakwe looks at the refusal by Botswana President, Mokgweetsi Masisi, who is the only President in the SADC who has not signing the agreement. A delegation of speakers of parliaments from Zimbabwe, South Africa, Namibia, Zambia and Angola visited Masisi, who did not commit to signing the agreement. Masisi feels that the SADC parliament will duplicate the efforts of the Pan African Parliament. Botswana is focused on the AU Peace and Security Council (PSC), where Botswana is the rotational chairman in August.
