Permanent secretary of information Nick Mangwana has accused former Member of Parliament, Job Sikhala of lying.
This comes after Sikhala on Wednesday revealed to the annual Geneva Summit, how he has suffered at the hands of President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s Zanu PF government.
Sikhala was addressing the United Nations opening of the Geneva Summit on Human Rights and Democracy where he was invited as one of this year’s speakers.
Taking to X, Mangwana said Sikhala travelled all yhe way to Geneva to lie and badmouth his own country.
“Asi shuwa munhu kuenda all the way to Geneva kunoreva nhema? Inga modya zvamarema. Just tell them their preferred narrative and they loosen their purse strings”, wrote Mangwana.
