Richard Tsvangirai who is the CCC Legislator says he has faith in the newly appointed Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Governor, John Mushayavanhu.
Tsvangirai says during yesterdays Parliamentary portfolio on budget and the ZiG, Mushayavanhu was asked about why ZiG can’t pay for things such as passport fees and fuel and the responce he gave indicated that there’s no economic reason why citizens should continue making those purchases in USD but political reasons.
Richard Tsvangirai says Governor Mushayavanhu is a good guy who would succeed if he operated in a normal political and economic environment.
He says Zimbabwe’s political and economic environment is too toxic for good guys to succeed.
