Masvingo mirror reports that, the minister of lands has evicted prominent Gweru businessman and CCC candidate for Chirumhanzi South Patrick Cheza from his farm near Mvuma.
Cheza was allocated the 125h farm under the land redistribution programme.
The farm is already being subdivided into smaller plots and the beneficiaries are members of the Joint Operations Command (JOC).
Meanwhile, minister of lands permanent secretary Obert Jiri said Cheza will not be compensated for developments he made on the farm.
