Harare magistrate Vongai Guwuriro is expected to deliver judgement on CCC senior member Tendai Biti’s four-year-long assault trial on February 15.
Biti who is facing charges of assaulting businesswoman and investor Tatiana Aleshina at the Harare Magistrates Court in 2020 has completed his defence.
Biti is denying assaulting the Aleshina, saying he had never assaulted his own child.
