High Court Judge Pisirayi Kwenda has ordered the removal of 23 opposition Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) MPs and councillors from the ballot of February 3 by elections.
The affected include Amos Chibaya, Gift Ostallos Siziba among other.
The judge agreed that they were no longer members of CCC and therefore cannot use the name of the party in these by-elections.
