CCC President, Nelson Chamisa has dispatched senior party member, Jameson Timba to speak to self appointed Secretary General, Sengezo Tshabangu.
Sen. Khaliphani Phugeni told the Herald on Sartuday that he is not aware of the outcome of the negotiations between Timba and Tshabangu.
Phugeni, the spokesman for Tshabangu, told the newspaper that Chamisa first appointed Tshabangu into his executive in 2018 after Mwonzora took over Harvest House. He said Tshabangu became a leader in the CCC when it was formed.
Elaborating further on the history of Tshabangu, Phugeni said Tsvangirai first appointed him as the chairman for Matabeleland North province from the trade union movement.
