Harare magistrate, Ruth Moyo, has removed Rodger Tafadzwa Kadzimwe, also known as DJ Levels from remand.
Magistrate Moyo directed the State to proceed by way of summons.
Levels, who was being represented by Dumisani Mtombeni was facing charges related to the transmission of intimate images without consent.
The charges against DJ Levels came after his nudes with alleged love relationship with musician Shashl.
