Zambia government on Saturday afternoon stopped former President, Dr. Edgar Chagwa Lungu from travelling to South Korea.
The former President was invited as guest speaker together with other former Presidents in the region to a World Peace Conference to be held in Seoul, South Korea.
He was checked in and given boarding passes but due to sudden instructions given reportedly from State House they quickly stopped him and the airport officials announced to him that Government had cancelled his trip.
This comes after, Government refused Lungu to travel for a medical check up in South Africa, last week.
