Zambian political activist Joseph Kalimbwe says Chief Charumbira has been reported to police for using Pan African Parliament letters without authorisation.
Charumbira was recently removed as PAP President following allegations of funds embezzlement.
Kalimbwe said this could affect Charumbira’s use of the African Union passport at any airport.
