Opposition leader Nelson Chamisa’s deadline to file Constitutional Court challenge against President Mnangagwa is on Monday 4th September.
He is challenging presidential election result which he says it was rigged.
It was revealed that although the days within which anyone is seeking to file a ConCourt application is on weekend, it extends to Monday.
