American actor and musician Jamie Foxx has spoken out for the first time since he was hospitalized with undisclosed sickness in April.
In a video on Saturday, Foxx said he knew people had been speculating about his illness and questioning his silence but his family kept everything airtight.
He said: “to be honest with you, I just didn’t want you to see me like that,” with “tubes running out of me” and “trying to figure out if I was going to make it through.
Foxx said he went through something that he thought he would never ever go through adding that his faith, as well as the support of his family, fans and the medical team brought him back.
