The High Court in Harare has ordered the magistrate who refused to hear the opposition CCC appeal over the ban of its Bindura campaign launch rally today to deal with the case by 12 noon.
The judge directed the magistrate to hear and determine the case.
Police in Bindura said CCC could not conduct the rally because the venue was not suited for a gathering.
