Bindura Magistrates Court has dimissed the Citizens Coalition for Change appeal against rally ban.
The magistrate diclined to lift the ban citing that the appeal by the party was not urgent.
Police prohibited the rally, that was scheduled for today, on grounds that venue has no access road and toilets.
The judgement was handed down at around 16:30 while the election campaign launch was supposed to be held early today.
