Sunday World reports that ANC leaders, Fikile Mbalula and Nomvula Makonyane are at war over meetings with the US Ambassador, Rueben Brigety.
This follows attempts by Nomvula to organise her own meeting with Ambassador Brigety, after she was excluded from the first meeting that the ANC held with the Ambassador last week.
The ANC held its first meeting with Ambassador Brigety following his claims that South Africa supplied Russia with weapons.
Sources told the newspaper that the meeting was timed to happen at the time when Nomvula was deployed to campaign in KZN, although she is the ANC head of international relations.
In retaliation, Nomvula organised her own meeting with Ambassador Brigety which was supposed to happen on Tuesday.
However, the ANC canceled Nomvula ‘s meeting with the Ambassador.
