Zimbabwean legendary Jazz bassist Kelly Rusike of the Rusike Brothers has died.
The veteran producer, writer, and Sound Engineer owned Shed Productions a major recording production house in Zimbabwe.
Kelly is best remembered for the famous “Ngwerengwere Sadza” advert, which showed on ZTV and the timeless song Cecelia.
The Rusike group consisted of five siblings Tawanda, Phillip, Abby, Collin and Kelly.
They were born in Zambia to parents Janet and Abiathar Rusike before moving to Zimbabwe after independence. Sadly Kelly passed away today.
