ZANU-PF musician Chief Shumba Hwenje born Admire Sanyanga Sibanda has been diagnosed with lymphoma.
Sanyanga, 37 is battling with the disease at his rural home in Shanyura village.
Lymphoma is a type of blood cancer affecting the immune system.
Chief Hwenje lamented how ZANU PF has neglected him despite the sacrife he made for the party through his music.
