Hmetro reports that Seventh day Adventist Church Pastor Fortunate Mawowa is believed to be on the run after defrauding his church members more than US$40 000.
Fortunate is said to have left the country for South Africa when he was pressed to return the money.
More than $40,000 was allegedly put in his “company,” with none of the investors receiving any money.
Pastor Mawowa’s victims allege, he fled to SA, claiming to be seeking professional medical care.
