Popular award winning Zimbabwean journalist, Hopewell Chin’ono, has announced that his verified Twitter account has been hacked.
Chin’ono write:
Dear Followers,
My Twitter handle has been hacked.
Please could you pin this post on to your Twitter handles so that folks are not conned.
I didn’t tweet the message attached, it is the hacker.
I will announce when I am in control of my Twitter handle.
I have written to Twitter to alert them.
