Government has announced that parents and guardians including headmasters who allow students to dropout will be held accountable for violating a standing policy.
The ministry of primary and secondary education stated that the country has more than one million vulnerable orphans.
The government is targeting to as 1.2 million disadvantaged learners covering, primary, secondary and tertiary education countrywide through Basic Education Assistance Module (BEAM)
