Former Ivory Coast and Chelsea Football Club legend, Didier Drogba met with President Emmerson Mnangagwa in Rwanda.
Mnangagwa arrived yesterday for the Africa Green Revolution Forum 2022 that aims to find strategies to build resilient food systems in Africa
Drogba and the President shared lighter moments during their meeting on Monday.
Mnangagwa described the famous football legend Drogba as a true African hero.
“A true African hero – thank you my brother Didier Drogba”, he said.
Drogba was in Rwanda where he was honoured to name a newborn gorilla during the 18th Kwita Izina ceremony.
