Venezuelans refuse to hand over Kenya elections data servers

Kenya Chief Justice Martha Koome has set a precedent that election data belongs to the system vendor.

  1. Although the Smartmatic system has serious user account management issues, these were not serious enough to overturn the elections and the elections met the legal standard.
