Musina-Makhado Special Economic Zone CEO, Lehlogonolo Masoga is a relieved man after the Pretoria High Court dismissed a report by Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane that found him guilty.
Mkhwebane found that Masoga was guilty of maladministration and improper conduct after he raked up a bill of R100 000 watching adult videos on a trip to the USA in 2014.
The Pretoria High Court found the second report by Mkhwebane which is titled Allegations of Misuse of Telephone Privilege by the Deputy Speaker of the Limpopo Legislature was unconstitutional.Â
