Kuda Mahachi is in more trouble after his second wife, Marita Ndlovu opened a police case against him for an assault that happened last year.
Marita has opened a court case at Terenure, Kempton Park where the two lived together.
In a statement seen by Gambakwe Media, Marita claims that Mahachi beat her up after he accused her of carrying on an affair with a Malayitsha in Bulawayo, while he lived in Johannesburg with his other wife, Rose.
Marita said Mahachi broke her hand and forced her to board a plane to Zimbabwe and she had to make a police report in Bulawayo. However, the police in Zimbabwe could not help as the assault happened in South Africa.
Marita told South African newspaper, Sunday World, from Bulawayo, that she has opened the case through her lawyers and will sign the statement when she gets back to South Africa.
