Tracy Zille says police have arrested Samson Mokwena in connection with Elvis Nyathi’s death in Diesploot on Wednesday.
Nyathi was mistaken for a criminal leading to his untimely death.
Tracy said the criminal they were looking for is a South African who was in Tembisa during the time of the attack.
She said Nhlanhla Lux and all Dudula members should be arrested for perpetuating violence on foreign national.
It is confirmed that the man who was beaten and burned to death by Operation Dudula mob in Diepslot is not the criminal they were looking for, the man they were looking for is his neighbour who was in Tembisa during the time of Dudula.
Police have arrested the real person who committed the crime his name is Samson Mokwena, he will appear in court tomorrow morning this is what happen when people take the law into their own hands.
