Fugitive Malawian prophet, Shepherd Bushiri and his wife Mary, have been ordered to pay R200 million that he owes to Zimbabwean politician, Joseph Makamba Busha.
Bushiri was given R200 million by Joseph Makamba Busha investment group to build his hotel, Sparkling Waters Hotel and spa in 2017.
Last week, Bushiri brought a rescission application against the original order that was issued against him in March 2020.
The court found that, as the Bushiris are fugitives from Justice, they are not entitled to rescission.
