Emmerson Mnangagwa officiated at the Zimbabwe National Defence University’s 2nd graduation ceremony today.
Mnangagwa was welcomed by ZDF Commander General Philip Valerio Sibanda at the ZNDU ceremony.
Mnangagwa implored the institution to proffer ideas and innovations that will spur economic growth.
