Susan Mutami, a Zimbabwean born Australian, single mother of one, was thrust into the spotlight after a series of tweets, videos and audios circulated on social media.

Susan revealed that she is expecting twins with Norton Member of Parliament, Themba Mliswa (Independent).

However, the other allegations she made turned the personal issue into a full fledged political issue.

Timeline 

In her tweets, and in the article written by Zimbabwe morning post, Susan alleged that :

– She met Mliswa in October after she donated equipment in Norton. After that Mliswa asked her out and she agreed.

– Susan says Mliswa took her to his rural home in Shurugwi and tested her for HIV.

– After a while she got pregnant Mliswa asked her to abort the pregnancy. She refused.

– She says she gave Mliswa a lot of money for his projects.

– Susan appeared in pictures with Mliswa’s mother and sister.

– Susan says she found out that Mliswa was sleeping with Eleanor Kaziboni, the SG of YARD.

Susan Mutami said she was shocked to find out that Eleanor Kaziboni – Yard Secretary General, was  also sleeping with Temba Mliswa

– Susan, who was traveling between Australia and Zimbabwe, said was shocked to find out that YARD Secretary General, Eleanor Kaziboni, was also sleeping with Themba Mliswa.

– Feeling betrayed, all hell broke loose and Susan asked for her bricks back from Eleanor.

– Susan only got her bricks back after police intervention.

  • This marked the end of the relationship. Susan then went to the Zimbabwe Morning Post On 1 February.

Serious Allegations

  • Susan Alleges that Temba Mliswa is in a relationship with Goodwell Zinyama of ZIPP
  • Temba wanted her to abort the twins.
  • Temba has a room in which he chants the name of July Moyo, so that he would die. A Sangoma told him he has to clear July Moyo before he can become President of Zimbabwe.
  • Temba is broke and lives off extortion.
  • Temba has so far travelled across all provinces dropping snuff (bute) as part of a ritual for him to gain political power

– In 2007, Susan said she left Zimbabwe for Australia after her O Levels.

  • In 2013 , Susan re-appeared in an article where she is said to have been fired by an agency after reporting a drowning.
  • In November 2018, Susan was honored by the Australian CEO Magazine Executive Of the Year award.
  • In June 2020, she handed over equipment over $200 000 at Mhondoro Ngezi ( St Michaels and Ngezi Hospitals)
  • On 8 November, Susan Mutami donated equipment to the Minister of Health at the Bepswa Health Facility.
