Zimbabwean banker and businessman Nigel Chanakira yesterday celebrated 31 years of being married to his wife’s Carol.
The banker wrote a romantic message on his Facebook account directed to his wife saying:
Happy anniversary Caroline, my wife of 31 years, ‘bestest’ friend of 33 years, dependable secret locker of my deepest thoughts, & irreplaceable mother of four young adults & two daughters-in-law.
You were God-sent as our chance meeting was no coincident. Tons of love ‘Honey’!❤️
The two have three sons namely Panashe, Tadiwa, and Ponayi and one daughter, Mazvita.
Chinakira founded Kingdom Financial Holdings, he also spent long stints working for the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe and Bard Discount House.
Over the years, Chanakira has served on the boards of numerous leading companies and institutions, including Econet Wireless Holdings.
