Popular SA Based Malawian Prophet, Shepherd Bushiri and his wife Mary, will stay behind bars until Friday before the High Court in Pretoria can hear their bail application.
Bushiri and his wife, who are facing charges of money laundering and fraud amounting to over R100m, were arrested on Tuesday 20 October 2020, after months of investigation.
However, the Special Investigations Unit (Hawks), requested more time to complete investigations and were given until Friday to do so.
