Brilliance lost her sight after she had a surgical operation in South Africa to remove a tumor from her brain.
After the operation, Brilliance woke up to discover that she had lost her sight.
Brilliance needs funding to cover her school fees, Software to be able to read along with other students during lessons and equipment for her to record lectures for use during revision.
Brilliance told Gambakwe Media that she looked for work after she fell blind and was employed by an NGO in Bulawayo, however, she lost that job when the NGO lost its funding.
