Harare magistrate Trynos Utahwashe has postponed to Friday, August 21 the ruling on a bail application for Transform Zimbabwe leader Jacob Ngarivhume.

Speaking to journalists lawyer Moses Nkomo who represents Ngarivhume said Utahwashe postponed the ruling on a bail application on changed circumstances by his client.

Nkomo said prison authorities are still denying the Ngarivhume warm food from outside and social visits.

Ngarivhume was arrested on the 20th of July for inciting public violence after urging the masses to participate in the 31 July anti-government protests.
