Police and Army Vehicles have started patrolling around Bulawayo City Centre on the on the morning of 31st of July in response to anticipated anti corruption protests.
Army trucks and special police vehicles were seen patrolling in the streets of Bulawayo CBD streets which are almost empty as people were advised to stay at home by the Zimbabwean Police.
This comes after opposition leaders amongst which, Jacob Ngarivhume who is currently under police custody and Job Sikhala encouraged the masses to stage demonstrations against looting and corruption.
Yesterday on the 30th of July Police and army were chasing people from the Bulawayo and Harare CBD to try and block the anticipated 31st July Demonstrations.
