Fued between Thokozani Khupe and Nelson Chamisa continues to escalate and there are fears of further division with Khuphe having the upper hand following the recalling of some MDC Alliance takeover of Harvest House.
The appointments of two Vice Presidents Nelson Chamisa and Ellias Mudzuri of MDC in 2016 by the late founding leader Morgan Tsvangirai sparked the leadership battle within the party.
Thokozani Khuphe challenged the appointments and won the case at the court, however Chamisa appealed the ruling at supreme court an appointed himself as president upon death of Tsvangirai.
